Coach Sarah, a Spring Hill College graduate, excelled in both court and beach volleyball, earning nine letters and holding the program’s career record for beach volleyball wins. Now the head coach of SHC’s beach volleyball team and assistant coach for court volleyball, she led her team to a 23-9 record and an AVCA DII tournament runner-up finish in her first season. Originally from Spring Grove, PA, her dedication and expertise make her an excellent choice for private lessons, helping athletes reach their full potential.

Coach JD, a Mobile, AL native, has competed at the highest levels of pro beach volleyball, earning a 3rd place finish at AVP Virginia and a 7th place finish at AVP Hermosa, where he was featured on ESPN+. With numerous tournament wins along the Gulf Coast, he reached the 48th ranking among all U.S. male players. Since beginning his coaching career in 2015, JD has developed multiple collegiate athletes and contributed to Spring Hill College’s volleyball program.

He emphasizes a coaching approach that focuses on developing fundamental skills, enhancing player autonomy, and providing personalized training programs for the athletes. Coach Nico fosters a positive and supportive environment to help players achieve their goals.
